These terms govern the use of sincliq.com. They cover the website itself: browsing content, sending the contact form and using the chat. They do not govern the Sincliq service, which is subject to the agreement concluded with the venue.

What the website is for
The website presents the Sincliq point of sale system: modules, pricing and terms of cooperation. It lets you contact us through a form, chat or a callback request. It is not a place where a contract is concluded or an order is placed.
Product information
Module descriptions cover features working at the time of publication. Planned features are marked as planned and are not described as available. The feature set differs between the Polish and German markets because legal requirements differ - the selected market decides which set you see.
Pricing
Prices shown are net and provided for information. The binding terms are those presented during a sales conversation or in the agreement.
Form, chat and callback request
By sending the form or starting a chat you provide contact details that we use solely to answer your enquiry. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send sensitive data or passwords this way.
Your obligations
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass security measures, scrape content in a way that burdens the service, or misrepresent your identity in the contact form.
Rights to content
Texts, graphics, photographs, trademarks and the layout belong to Sincliq or are used under licence. You may quote them with attribution. Commercial use requires our consent.
